The objective is to gather information on how your organisation operates today; there are no right or wrong answer and you are requested to provide the answer that better fits with your personal experience and perception of the organisation. To conclude the survey, you will be asked for sociometric data. Those data will help to build sociometric profiles based on age, role and number of years within the company.
Kindly notice that the assessment requires a minimum screen width to be properly visualised, it can work on a mobile phone but you should maintain the screen horizontal and not vertical.
