The company has been founded in 2017 with the intent to support organisations and individuals to embrace change and be ready for Digitalisation Era through the development of Collective Intelligence and Personal Mastery. We are expert in Systemic Agility and Business Resilience.
With this approach, we help organizations and individuals to experience business flow and personal balance, knowing that both need adjustments to reach this ultimate goal. Our customers are companies, executives, managers and employees who have decided to “change something”, recognizing that they were not structurally and/or personally adapted to VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous).
We have built a framework, called Systemic Agility, to measure and flourish the business agility within the organizations. This framework can be used by small, large and very large organizations to picture what’s not optimal in their system. It’s then the basis for taking development measures.

After my studies in mathematics and pedagogy in the Haute Ecole HELMo in Belgium, I started my career as a teacher in mathematics. I worked as an IT trainer in the training centre of Cockrill-Sambre before joining the Kredietbank in Luxembourg to become a project manager. That’s at that very moment that I discovered the change management, a practice that I continued to learn and develop during all the coming years. Enthusiastic about the banking business, I obtained a master degree in economy and finance.
In the year 2000, I joined Banca del Gottardo in Lugano. With all the experience accumulated in Luxembourg, I supported the bank to enter into the digital world. In 2005, I joined B-Source (Todays known as Avaloq Sourcing). I have had different roles such as program manager for the implementation of the banking platform Avaloq together with the retraining of the development teams. I’ve also managed the “Asset Servicing” operations with the mandate to develop the teams and the processes to double the production capacity.
In 2016, I felt the need to evolve and update my practices. I became a professional coach after the completion of the IDC training and certification. I obtained the ICF certification in 2017 and pursues the diploma of Master Coach in Communication and Leadership.
At the beginning of 2018, I’ve created my own company: AccelerationLab Ltd. A tool to support organizations and individuals to become comfortable in the uncomfortable. With my experience, I build the OD expertise to deal with complexity; I’ve developed the concept of Systemic Agility to enable the banks and the other organizations to integrate into their practices all the characteristics to deal with effervescent contexts. I’m also certified in behavioural agility Agile Profile ® from Agil’OA.
